About Bilal Javed, Certified Public Accountant
Bilal Javed is a Certified Public Accountant with over a decade of experience spanning financial accounting, tax preparation, audit enforcement, and advisory services. He has been licensed as a Texas CPA since 2014 after completing his education at The University of Texas, and is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.
He began his career as a staff accountant for a national manufacturer. While working full-time with the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts as a Sales Tax Auditor, Bilal also worked with a local tax practice—preparing corporate, partnership, and individual returns and gaining real-world tax planning experience.
At the Texas Comptroller, Bilal audited hundreds of businesses from small family-owned operations to multibillion-dollar enterprises. He developed deep expertise across Texas sales and use tax, motor vehicle sales tax, mixed beverage gross receipts tax, and compliance audits, and provided expert witness testimony before Administrative Law Judges.
Promoted early to Audit Supervisor, Bilal led and mentored auditors, managed high-profile inventories, conducted compliance field reviews, and led reconciliation conferences to resolve complex disputes.
Today, Bilal specializes in corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns—helping business owners structure entities properly, maximize deductions, and legally minimize taxes owed, while keeping everything practical and compliant.
